GlockApps free test: plan a useful first experiment

A free test is most useful when you know what you want to learn before you spend a credit. The pricing page showed a Free plan with two spam-test credits when checked in September 2026; confirm current availability and restrictions.

Prepare a representative message

Do not spend a limited test on a placeholder email if the real campaign uses a different sender, template or tracking domain. Use approved, non-sensitive sample content sent through the same route you intend to investigate. Remove customer details and private attachments before submitting content to any testing service.

Keep a small experiment log

Copy this structure into a private team document. It is our suggested research worksheet, not a product feature or a guaranteed interpretation of the report.

FieldWhat to record
QuestionOne uncertainty the test can help resolve.
BaselineSender, route, template version and time.
ObservationProvider-level outcomes and any warnings.
Next changeOne configuration or message variable.
DecisionRetest, escalate, or keep the baseline.

Do not use a free allowance as a benchmark study

A small allowance may reveal an obvious configuration problem but cannot establish long-term accuracy. Differences across mailbox providers deserve investigation, not an immediate claim that one tool is wrong. If a result is surprising, compare the actual headers and sending route before buying more tests.

Know when to stop

Stop when the experiment answers your initial question or exposes a missing prerequisite. For example, if the campaign used a different domain than intended, fix the setup and document it before comparing another test. Review the paid-plan billing terms only when you can explain why recurring tests would help.

A question worth asking

Does the free plan prove my next campaign will reach everyone?

No. A test describes a bounded sample and sending setup. It is not a prediction for every subscriber or a guarantee against future filtering.

Evidence Notes

Checked: Public documentation linked below and the decision framework described on this page.

Not independently tested: Product accuracy, paid account workflows, support or delivery outcomes.

Reader should verify: Current terms and suitability for the actual sending setup. Never change production DNS from a generic example.

Last checked: September 2026.
